The hotel has a good location and is clean and modern, with luxurious rooms. Staff members are friendly and willing to solve guests' problems. the hotel offers many facilities for business travelers. the rooms are very comfortable, and the beds are newly located to reduce noise pollution. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. the breakfast is quite good, and the internet connection is fast.

There were some lapses in management, which need improvement.

My New Year experience was amazing! The hotel was spotlessly clean and had beautifully designed rooms with comfortable beds that ensured we had a great night's sleep. The hotel also offered a fabulous buffet spread for breakfast with a wide variety of options and excellent coffee. the location was perfect as it was in the heart of the city, making it easier for us to explore the local areas and visit some of the key tourist sites.

The hotel's customer service was a letdown. Some of the staff members lacked welcoming and friendly attitudes, which made us feel unwelcome during our stay.

Good , This hotel exceeded my expectations. the service was exceptional, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to make my stay a luxurious experience. the Spa & wellness centre was amazing, with indulgent body scrubs, relaxing massages, and a tranquil steam room. the indoor swimming pool was clean, and the sauna was hot and inviting. Entertainment was provided in the leisure/ TV room, and the garden area was a peaceful oasis. the restaurant served gourmet meals, and the in, room breakfast was delicious. Private facilities added to the exclusivity of the venue.

Bad , the only minor issue was the WiFi connection that sometimes dropped, leaving me without data for a few minutes. this was quickly resolved, and the fast internet connection made up for this small inconvenience.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The hotel had immaculate cleanliness, spacious lobby, and excellent hotel facilities. We were pleased with the complimentary parking and easy access to transportation to explore this city. The hotel location was perfect with a beautiful view on the opposite wall. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, great staff, and attentive service.
